Q: How does ordering from you work?
A: You can place an order through the website or simply e-mail us with a request or question. Our website does not collect payment information (only your name, e-mail, phone and address). Please do not use the checkout feature unless you are ready to order. Use the Contact Us link to ask questions before ordering. We will communicate with you to let you know if we have the parts you want in stock. If the part is not in stock, we'll confirm what you want and get it on order for you. We can't guarantee how long it will take to get parts from Italy, but we get weekly shipments, so most items can be here within a week or two.

Q: How do I pay for my parts?
A: When your order is ready to ship, we will send you an e-mail with a secure link to an electronic invoice. We use PayPal to do this, but you do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice. You may simply pay by credit card as a PayPal guest. We also accept checks and money orders. Checks will need to clear the bank before parts are sent. Invoices not paid within 7 days will be canceled.
Note: Due to fraud, overseas customers may be required to pay with a verified PayPal account. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Note: If you order a part that we do not routinely stock, we may ask for a partial deposit up front, which is refundable up until your part leaves Italy.

ABOUT PJ's PARTS:

PJ's Parts has been in business since 2005, first as a hobby business, and then as an official LLC in 2007. It was created by Paige Huston and Michael Pijanka. At the end of 2014, Michael resigned to pursue other ventures. Paige is a former Motorcycle Safety Foundation RiderCoach who grew up in Geneva, Switzerland and Peoria, Illinois.

From Paige: "I'm excited to see where I can take this business and how I can continue our tradition of excellence and personal service. I don't see myself so much as a retailer/distributor, but rather as a liaison between my customers and the manufacturers I represent. My business is about helping riders personalize and improve their motorcycles so they have something they can take a lot of pride in. If you smile when you look at your bike, and I had something to do with that, then I've done my job.

Being a woman in a predominantly men's subculture will offer me some challenges that I'm eager to take on. I come from a family of engineers, so learning this trade over the last ten years has come quite naturally to me, just as motorcycling did almost 20 years ago. I'm also blessed to be surrounded by a community of knowledgeable riders who are more than willing to advise me if needed.
